Incredible spa experience and pisco sour lessons!

I had an amazing stay and loved the complimentary pisco sour lessons at the bar – such a fun touch! The spa was top-notch. my massage was incredible and provided just the relaxation I needed. The food was beautiful and delicious, especially breakfast, which offered a delightful array of options. One small drawback was the dinner—while breakfast was stunning, dinner didn’t quite hit the same mark.

The staff welcomed us with refreshing pisco sours after our long day exploring Amaru and San Blas. Our child loved the spacious room, and breakfast was a feast with various choices to please everyone. Overall, a fantastic location just moments from Plaza de Armas!

In my wife’s opinion, a family play area would be great.

This place suits me perfectly and offers everything I need, including a spa & wellness center, 24-hour reception, and free wifi. The staff even helped with directions during my first stay, making it memorable. Highly recommend trying the hammam!

We really appreciated the spacious and tidy room! The staff, especially Fernando, made our evenings memorable with his amazing cocktails. The jacuzzi and steam room were enjoyable, providing a relaxing end to our busy days. We loved the lovely mountain view that accompanied our stay.

The spa area felt smaller than expected.

The beautiful contemporary decor of the Casa Cartagena Boutique Hotel & Spa added a refreshing ambiance, with spacious common areas easily navigable for seniors, making it a delightful retreat while exploring Cusco’s rich history.

More accessible seating near the dining area would help.

Staying here with friends was awesome! The bathhouse experience was a highlight, and we enjoyed the complimentary pisco sour lesson. We loved the spacious design of the hotel. The breakfast was out of this world, especially the omelets. If you're planning to visit the MAP museum or San Blas, this place is perfectly located.

Unfortunately, the spa area was not as spacious as we hoped. It would have been nice to have more room to relax after a long day of exploring.

Exceptionally attentive staff are a hallmark, going out of their way to assist guests, even accommodating personal requests with a smile. However, the heating system requires improvement, leading to chilly room conditions, and the balcony was narrower than expected, limiting outdoor enjoyment.
